Shipping and Returns
Southern Record Tea releases responsibility for packages once they are checked in by the shipping service. If you have questions about the location of your package please use the tracking information provided and direct inquiries to the shipping service of your choice.
Refunds / Returns
We are happy to process a refund or store credit on returned product within 7 days of purchase, provided the good(s) are faulty/dead on arrival, wrongly described, accidentally supplied or not fit for purpose.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all product must be unopened and in original packaging.
For return requests falling out of this scope, we will try to resolve with the friendliest discretion. Simply send us a message and we'll do what we can to help.
