Southern Record Tea releases responsibility for packages once they are checked in by the shipping service. If you have questions about the location of your package please use the tracking information provided and direct inquiries to the shipping service of your choice.
Refunds / Returns

Tea: We’re unable to accept returns on food products including packaged teas. If your packaged tea wasn’t as expected, please contact info@southernrecord.com and we'll be happy to offer further assistance.
Teaware: We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please email info@southernrecord.com to begin the process.
