Our winter single origin is from producer Jose Blas Ventura Vásquez in La Paz, Honduras through Catracha Coffee Co, a social enterprise dedicated to accessing the specialty coffee market for coffee farmers in Santa Elena, La Paz, Honduras. We love supporting coffees from Catracha Coffee Co, an amazing company doing good work for farmers in Honduras.

About our Oyako Premium Ceremonial Matcha
Oyako is our finest Ceremonial Grade Matcha from Wazuka, Kyoto.
A unique gem, this small-batch matcha is made from the new and rare cultivar, Asanoka—which has a vibrant jade green color, strong umami flavor, and silky texture. It's grown pesticide and fertilizer free. This phenomenal matcha comes from the woman-owned Hori Family Tea Farm run by Megumi Hori, her mother, and her sister. The family has been farming tea for nearly a century.
