Sencha, Japan’s most popular tea. Our single origin sencha is mountain-grown in the Yoshiwara region of Shizuoka, Japan. This spring first harvest from 4th generation tea master Hiroki Murakami is processed as near-fukamushi (deep steamed), which imparts a subtle sweetness to the tea and a more full-bodied darker liquor.
